New clients booking color or extension services will be required to complete a consultation prior to scheduling to ensure the best possible results. Extension services require a 50% of service before booking For your convenience, Monroe Glamour Bar accepts Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, and installment payment options through the booking website. Client satisfaction is extremely important. If you are ever unhappy with your service, please reach out within 48 hours so we can work together to make it right. However, fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks for services rendered will result in permanent removal from future booking privileges. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect the time of both the stylist and other clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who no-call / no-show for an appointment will also be charged 50% of the service total. After three cancellations or no-call / no-show appointments, clients will no longer be eligible to book future services at Monroe Glamour Bar.
